about bewhile
self-care that doesn't need its own time.
Most self-care asks you to stop. Book the slot, clear the evening, sit still. Most days, that doesn't happen.
bewhile makes care that fits into what you're already doing. Put it on during a call, a playlist or a quiet minute, and let it do its job in the background.
We start with your eyes, because they work hardest on screen-heavy days.
