how long is a session?

how often should I use it?

can I use it while I work?
Yes, as long as your eyes stay closed. A call, a podcast, music, or a few minutes of thinking all work. Reading and screen work don't, because your eyes need to stay shut.
do I need gel?
Yes, or water or serum. EMS needs something on the skin to work.
does the EMS hurt?
It feels like a light tingle. Start at level 1 and go up only if it feels comfortable.
will it fit my face?
It has temple arms like glasses and fits most adult faces. Take your spectacles off before you put it on.
how do I charge it?
With the USB-C cable in the box, or any phone charger with USB-C. A full charge lasts about [X] sessions.

will it remove my dark circles?
No, and we won't pretend it will. It helps reduce the look of puffiness and tiredness. Dark circles caused by pigment or hollows don't change with red light.
when will I notice a difference?
In the first week, it's a relaxing break for your eyes. Over weeks 2 to 4 it helps reduce the look of puffiness. A softer look to fine lines takes 6 to 12 weeks of daily use. Results vary from person to person.
is it a medical device?
No. It's a personal care device for a relaxing eye massage. It doesn't treat any condition.

is it safe for my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed during a session and don't look into the LEDs. Stop if you feel pain, burning or any change in vision.
who shouldn't use it?
Don't use it after eye surgery, with an eye infection or broken skin, during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker or epilepsy. If you're unsure, ask your doctor first.

how fast is delivery?
We ship from Kerala, usually in 2 to 4 days. You get a GST invoice with every order.
can I pay cash on delivery?

what if it stops working?
Every unit is tested before dispatch and has a 6-month replacement warranty. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
can I return it?
