Refund policy

Returns
- You can return bewhile eye within 7 days of delivery if it's unused and in the original box, with everything it came with.
- Because it touches your face, we can't take back a used unit unless it's faulty. A faulty unit is covered by the warranty below.
- To start a return, email bewhileinfo@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange a pickup from your address at no cost. If your pincode isn't covered by pickup, we'll share our address and refund up to ₹100 of your shipping cost.

Refunds
- Once the unit reaches us and we've checked it, we refund you within 5 to 7 working days.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your order ships, for a full refund. Message us with your order number. Once it has shipped, you can still return it under the policy above.

6-month replacement warranty
- If bewhile eye stops working because of a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery, we replace it free of charge.
- The warranty doesn't cover drops, water damage, opening the device, or using it in ways the user guide says not to.
- To claim, message us with your order number and a short video showing the problem.
