These terms apply when you use bewhile.in or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are
bewhile is based in Thrissur, Kerala, India. You can reach us at bewhileinfo@gmail.com.

Orders and prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or stock running out, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Using the product
- bewhile eye is a personal care device for a relaxing eye massage. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
- Use it as the user guide says: eyes closed, one session a day. Don't use it after eye surgery, with an eye infection or broken skin, during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker or epilepsy.
- Results vary from person to person.

Returns and warranty

Our responsibility
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We're not responsible for loss caused by using the product against the user guide. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is handled by the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
