track your order

when it ships.

Orders placed by 2 pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) go out the same day. Later orders go out the next working day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days after dispatch, or up to 7 days for remote pincodes.

three ways to check.

1. The tracking link. We send it by SMS or email as soon as your order ships.
2. Your account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your orders.
3. Ask us. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

cash on delivery.

We message you on WhatsApp to confirm a cash on delivery order before we ship it. Reply YES and it goes out.

arrived damaged?

Take photos or a short unboxing video and message us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
