If bewhile halo stops working because of a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery, we replace it free of charge.

what's covered.

• A unit that stops working because of a manufacturing fault.
• A unit that arrives damaged. Send photos or a short unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

what isn't.

• Drops and other accidental damage.
• Water damage.
• A device that has been opened.
• Using it in ways the user guide says not to.

how to claim.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email bewhileinfo@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Send a short video showing the problem.
3. We reply within 48 hours with the next step.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Returns and refunds are covered in our refund policy.
